1, Bend 1st and 2nd finger joints including thumb, bend, stretch, quickly then slowly.
2, Hand waving from wrist.
3, Clench fingers and curl up and tighten slowly, then open out slowly and tightly.
4, Touching wrists, bend palm outwards.
5, Palms upright, circle inwards, downwards and outwards.
6, Bend fingers from knuckles without closing hand or bending any joint.
7, Five finger exercise, tapping fingers on tabletop as if typing, speed up slow down, change sequence.
8, Give yourself a hand massage.
